About the Academy
FFE Transportation Services, Inc. offers company sponsored training to candidates without a CDL-A or professional driving experience. FFE is the largest nationwide LTL temperature-controlled transportation providers in North America. We understand that our success starts with the Driver. At FFE, we train individuals to become professional drivers better than any other Carrier in the industry, period!
The Driving Academy is designed for the student with no commercial experience. Phase 1: 22 days from start to finish, our program offers quality classroom, behind the wheel, road and range instruction, with an emphasis on driver safety. Phase 2: Consists of 6 weeks over the road training. Our goal is to develop truck driving skills, proficiency, and professionalism and ultimately put quality drivers on the road with a stable career. Upon successful completion of phase 2, new drivers have the opportunity to take advantage of all that FFE has to offer.

Qualifications
- Texas Resident
- Minimum 21 Years of Age
- Good Driving Record
- Verifiable Work History
- Able to Pass Drug Screen, Physical Examination, and Hair Follicle Testing
